While on your journey here, we would like to gently remind you of our policies and instructions:

Payments

A non refundable deposit is required on all services and workshops. Don't worry! We will apply the deposit towards your services or workshop!

Your Safety

Please make sure you check with your healthcare provider to make sure these modalities are safe for you!

Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you can't make your appointment, we ask that you cancel within 24 hours so that we have time to book the next person waiting and to avoid scheduling conflicts with our practitioners. If you fail to show for your appointment and/or fail to cancel appointment, we will charge your credit card a "NON CANCELLATION NOTICE" of $50.00. If you pre-paid for your services, your "no show" or failure to call to cancel within 24 hours, will be treated as an appointment and will be one less session in your package or count as your initial session.

Refunds

Due to service classification, there are no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Late Tardy

A 5 minute grace period is allotted. After your second grace period you may still be serviced on a first come basis within business hours or you may reschedule. Example: Your appointment is at 12:00pm. Your 1st grace period is 12:05 - you would still be ok to complete your services. Your arrival time is 12:10 - now 10 minutes late, we will move on to the next scheduled client and work you in our schedule. You still have the option to reschedule for a more convenient time. Note: Your late arrival does not equate to an hour service - you will be serviced for the time remaining within your appointment time.
